Lids are useful to keep the cans covered and keep the milk safe from the external environment and avoid spillage of any of the milk. However, lids are generally prone to more wear and tear than cans, which makes lids’ replenishment more frequent than cans. We offer lockable lids as well for all sizes of cans.
Features:
• Strong and sturdy body
• Easy use and easy cleaning
• Corrosion and crack resistant

IBT based BMC are also very useful when there is irregular supply of electricity of severe incidents of load shedding. It enables milk farmers to cool the milk even in the absence of grid electricity while reducing the cost and time required for milk cooling significantly. Another reason to prefer IBT based BMC over Direct expansion-based BMC is the rate difference in electricity in day time and night time.
Features:
• 80% saving in Milk Cooling Cost (Rs.0.20/Ltr)
• 75% Bacterial Load is controlled within first 30 mins by ensuring rapid cooling
• Low System Maintenance Cost
• Non-Polluting, Environment friendly
• Easy Operation, skilled labour not required

Automatic Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) is an integrated automatic cleaning process designed to maintain hygiene and cleaning of Bulk Milk Cooler with minimum intervention of human. Auto CIP Unit features a programmable interface with ease to amend/ add programs, timelines, dosing, etc. The CIP System cleans pipelines, valves, pumps and tanks.
Features:
• Automatic dosing of chemicals and water
• Pre-installed multiple CIP module
• Provision of recovery heater in case of hot water temperature below 45℃
• Elimination of manual intervention to ensure proper cleaning
• Provision of manual selection in case of power or system failure

A heat recovery unit is an insulated water tank through which pipes carry the refrigerant gas to the refrigerant condenser. Heat released from condenser is usually wasted in the environment. With the help of Heat recovery unit heat from the gas is transferred to the water. This water is used to clean BMC during CIP. This saves on the cost and load of BMC operation which is caused by electric water heater. A heat recovery unit can preheat the water to 65 °C-75 °C, depending on the temperature of the water as it enters the tank and the temperature of gas.
Features:
• Capable to generate 200 Litre Water to 65°C-75°C in one run cycle
• Insulated layer in the body ensures minimal Heat Loss
• Reduces the total Power Consumption up to 20%
• Enhances Profitability of the Dairy
• Modular arrangement can be added on existing BMC’s
