RMCU is a seamless solution for milk collection. The integration of technology is a win-win for all stakeholders – the farmers, the society, and the dairy. RMCU measures the Milk weight, FAT, SNF, Density, Protein, Lactose, Added Water, Sample Temperature & Freezing point simultaneously with Adulteration detection. The milk analysis and collection process are completed on acceptance of milk, and the receipt is printed for the transaction. According to the preferred standards, milk that is sub-quality is rejected in the rejection bowl, which can be collected back by the farmer. Real-time dashboards are available via Web Portal & Mobile App with user access management system.
Features:
• Automated CIP for milk sensors
• Automatic dosing of chemicals and water
• Eliminates the need for manual handling of milk
• Interactive reports summarising data of milk collected
• Alerts and notification to keep the in-charge informed

Milking used to be a manual task but with increasing herd size, manually milking huge number of cattle is time consuming and inefficient. Milking parlors are designed for optimal cattle and farmer comfort.
As the name suggests, cows stand parallel to each other in this design. So, if the cows are standing side to side, that only leaves one access point for the milker to reach the udder: the rear end! In parallel parlors, milking doesn’t begin until all cows are in their stalls, and they are all released from the parlor at one time. Milking only takes about 10 minutes.
Features:
• Ensures milking more cows in a shorter milking time
• Robust design
• Stress-free animal positioning
• Faster exit option for animals

Milking used to be a manual task but with increasing herd size, manually milking huge number of cattle is time consuming and inefficient. Milking parlors are designed for optimal cattle and farmer comfort.
Herringbone parlors are the most common design used on dairy farms with smaller herds. The cattle stand at a 45-degree angle. This design offers the milker a better access option to the udder than the parallel or tandem designs, and also allows access for different types of equipment to be used.
Features:
• Robust design
• Better udder presentation and easy animal handling for operators
• Faster animal positioning and smooth traffic ensures stress-free milking
• Max space efficiency

A heat recovery unit is an insulated water tank through which pipes carry the refrigerant gas to the refrigerant condenser. Heat released from condenser is usually wasted in the environment. With the help of Heat recovery unit heat from the gas is transferred to the water. This water is used to clean BMC during CIP. This saves on the cost and load of BMC operation which is caused by electric water heater. A heat recovery unit can preheat the water to 65 °C-75 °C, depending on the temperature of the water as it enters the tank and the temperature of gas.
Features:
• Capable to generate 200 Litre Water to 65°C-75°C in one run cycle
• Insulated layer in the body ensures minimal Heat Loss
• Reduces the total Power Consumption up to 20%
• Enhances Profitability of the Dairy
• Modular arrangement can be added on existing BMC’s
