Manager Sales ( 1 Position)

Job Location – Hyderabad

Responsible for States: Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Job description:

  • Achieving Targets for Sales & Outstanding for the respective state(s) while working on defined strategy
  • Driving incremental sales in the region while working in focus Districts/ Products
  • Actively participating to develop rural network with the help of recruiting/ managing Dealers
  • Enhancing Service reach in focus areas for better customer service
  • CRM adherence and updates (Bitrix)
  • Driving lead generation for focused products/ organizations/ districts across segments through focused campaigns and innovative ways of reaching customers to create or maintain awareness
  • Develop new segments/ avenues striving to penetrate into new segments
  • Dairy & Kitchen Equipments (Mega Kitchens) would be the major target segments.
  • Responsible for selling Milk Collection & Storage Equipments

  • Relevant experience in rural markets
  • Desire & passion to lead business growth in upcountry market with collaboration & personal drive
  • Good interpersonal skills, persuasion & negotiation skills, customer orientation
  • Knowledge of financial aspects, operating economics, market trends, competition dynamics

Salary: 4-7 Lacs
