Assistant Manager Sales ( 1 Position)

Job Location – Kolkata

Responsible for States: West Bengal, Odisha, Sikkim & North Eastern States

Job description:

  1. Achieving Targets for Sales & Outstanding for the respective state(s) while working on defined strategy
  2. Driving incremental sales in the region while working in focus Districts/ Products
  3. Actively participating to develop rural network with the help of recruiting/ managing Dealers
  4. Enhancing Service reach in focus areas for better customer service
  5. CRM adherence and updates (Bitrix)
  6. Driving lead generation for focused products/ organizations/ districts across segments through focused campaigns and innovative ways of reaching customers to create or maintain awareness
  7. Develop new segments/ avenues striving to penetrate into new segments
  8. Dairy & Kitchen Equipments (Mega Kitchens) would be the major target segments.
  9. Responsible for selling Milk Collection & Storage Equipments

Specific desirable experiences/ preferred knowledge areas:

  1. Relevant experience in rural markets
  2. Desire & passion to lead business growth in upcountry market with collaboration & personal drive
  3. Good interpersonal skills, persuasion & negotiation skills, customer orientation
  4. Knowledge of financial aspects, operating economics, market trends, competition dynamics

Salary: 3-5 Lacs
